We are a small non-profit organisation dedicated to re-framing the language used around Mind Wellbeing, and making prevention the key is resolving the current crisis. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products. If you receive a faulty item, please don't hesitate to contact us within 28 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.

We may offer a full refund or exchange, depending on the nature of the fault.

Due to us being a small business, and our non-profit status, we are unable to offer refunds other than for faulty goods at this time.  We appreciate your understanding and support.
